“Overall really disappointing. £253 for 2 nights of discomfort for my mum and d”

Location was close to both Acton Mainline and North Acton tubes however the property itself was down a back alley. The photos are quite misleading, this is a garage at the back of someone's property. It's incredibly expensive for what it is. - Security poor - no bolt on garden gate so it's just open - Front door gap all the way around it letting air in - Indoor beam very low, my dad is 6ft and bumped his head so many times and inside the bathroom too - Poor finish on the decoration (poorly done tiles, messy weed garden, things glued back on) - Bed was really hard and uncomfortable Fair enough to the people letting this out, it's a way to make money. But this is not the standard of a hotel and it is not comfortable. I paid for this for my parents to stay in and frankly feel embarrassed. Please if nothing else tidy it up a bit and make some better repairs

“Convenient”

The bed was comfortable enough for our stay after a Wembley event. A low hanging beam ran across the room; as a tall person I had to constantly watch it so I wouldn’t hit my head. The shower was cramped, and on a hot day without air‑con it felt like a greenhouse with only one window that opens.
