The price was cheap and the popular downtown area was close, which was great. It was very disappointing to find that the breakfast buffet was actually just rice ball lunches instead of a full buffet; I would have preferred going to Yoshinoya instead.
“Great location, nice bathroom area with plenty of room for washing/cosmetic area. Good area for washing clothes in”
The location was good, but after staying 5 nights there wasn’t much room to hang clothes, so we had to keep them in the suitcase. The fridge wasn’t working, which wasn’t a great issue. The bed was okay but had a few springs that popped now and then. I asked for another pillow, but reception said no.
The rates were really cheap, but the walls were thin.
The location was good, but we had a hard time sleeping at night because the rooms next door were too noisy, the staff didn’t speak English, and the hotel was full of people banging doors at night.
“Description trompeuse et prestations non conformes”
The bathroom was fine. The description of the accommodation and overall quality were misleading. The breakfast wasn’t described accurately on the listing; in reality it was just tea bottles and rice balls, which doesn’t match what a guest can reasonably expect when booking a hotel with breakfast included. We stopped using it from the second day onward, even though we paid for the entire stay. We paid 920,61 € for 7 nights (about 130 € per night), which makes the overall experience particularly disappointing given the services provided. The room described as “superior” is very misleading: there is no wardrobe, only a small wall rack, and the space is extremely limited for a couple staying for several days. There is no space to open the suitcases. The bedding is uncomfortable (hard elements are noticeable through the mattress) and the duvets are too thick, making sleep difficult. Every evening around 23:30, there is noise likely from late‑night guests: doors slamming. Finally, the staff were not helpful: even a simple request, like an extra pillow, was not taken into account. We had made a second reservation after the first one, which I had to cancel because this hotel disappointed us.
