Everything was very organized… the location was excellent! The only downside was that the building had issues with two elevators, and only one was working normally.

The room was spotless and organized, yet the stools were missing; as seniors, we struggled with the high benches.

The hotel facilities were excellent and the front‑desk and restaurant staff were superb. The owner let me check in an hour early, which really helped my schedule. The room was cleaner than usual, and when I arrived there were two bottles of water, two Nespresso capsules and two Dream‑of‑Waltz chocolates waiting for me. I felt very welcomed. I had lunch, dinner and breakfast there and the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it. 100.
