Almost new, big wardrobe. Noisy, construction, AC (inside the room & infront of the window. Instable, slow internet. Pool pretty useless, 1 sunbed! Nothing else!

The hotel is fairly new, the wardrobe is huge, and the shower delivers hot water with good pressure. However, construction noise from 7 am to 7 pm is constant, there are three AC compressors right in front of our window (room 403), and the room AC is noisy and takes a long time to cool.

The property was lovely and the staff were amazing. I had an incident that was not the hotel’s fault—a freak accident that happened on the premises. Manager Van was incredibly helpful; she was fantastic from the moment we called an ambulance, came with us to the hospital, and stayed after her shift to translate for us. They refunded our room, bought medical supplies, and she has been texting me each day to check in even after we checked out. I cannot recommend this hotel enough because of how we were treated; they made an extremely scary situation a lot easier for my boyfriend and me, and I’m very grateful.
