The room service and overall cleanliness fell short of what we expected, and the food quality was disappointing.

Breakfast never arrived, the wash‑basin was filthy, rats were present, the phone didn’t work, and the room‑service staff behaved unprofessionally.

Nothing good to mention; the location, cleanliness, and staff were all the worst.

The place looked nothing like the photos on the booking site, and the location didn’t match what Google Maps showed.
