“Not good Stayed at better Inn”

I've never had such a bad experience at a hotel. The place looked great in the photos, but it's totally misleading. The room was super uncomfortable, and there was no staff to speak of - just a front desk person who seemed to disappear after 8 pm. The parking area was a joke, and there was no security to speak of. It was like they just expected you to fend for yourself.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but when I got to the hotel, I realized it was closed for renovations. I couldn't get in, and there was no sign or anything to indicate that it was closed. It was really frustrating.

“Adequate, but looked like an abandoned 1969 motel in a scary movie”

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly morning staff, but the motel itself looked like it was abandoned and in disrepair. The room was just okay, with a worn-out carpet, outdated drapes, and a bedspread that could use a wash. There were no amenities to speak of, and no breakfast was offered. To top it all off, the evening staff member was a bit too friendly, blowing into the paper holder of the door key and making me feel uneasy.

“Excellent for short term stay, pricey but close to Stewart Airport. Hotel receptionist very helpful”

Despite some issues, my stay here was actually pretty okay. The guy at the reception was super helpful - he even gave me some drinking water from his own fridge. The room was perfect for my needs, with almost blackout curtains and a clean, if a bit old, vibe. My only complaint is that there was some loud music late into the evening outside, courtesy of one enthusiastic guest who seemed to think everyone wanted to hear his rap music.
