“NO SON DE FIAR”

The cleanliness was good, but we had a price reduction for dinner that we found on another portal; I spoke to them by phone about the reservation and when we arrived again they said nothing. At 21:00, unable to go elsewhere, they told us that because we were staying at the hotel the offer didn’t apply. We could do nothing but endure. Another incident: when paying the bill they increased the breakfast price by 20%, and fortunately I had their advertising on my phone. In short, they are not trustworthy and treat the customer as if they are foolish.

“Parfait”

I loved the place; despite the traffic nearby it’s a haven of peace, the pool area is amazing, and the hotel has a lot of charm. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable—thanks for the welcome.

“Top !”

The staff were friendly, the room and bed comfortable, and the place was clean. I was disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work, and the décor felt old‑school, which is a matter of taste.

I appreciated the free parking, the nice garden, walking distance to the centre and the pool, but the dinner was overpriced and a total flop, and the reception was just mediocre. The directions from Google Maps didn’t match the actual entrance, and the entrance signage on site was barely legible.

“Hotel très convenable.”

The location was great, the staff attentive, parking free, and the pool lovely. The air conditioning was weak the first night, the breakfast was bland and ridiculously expensive, so we settled for croissants bought the day before. The room was advertised as having a view of the pool, but that view was hardly visible.
