I was charged an extra night because they claimed it was a booking error, even though I had already left, and the staff were not sympathetic at all.

The only good thing was the clean, comfy bedding; the room looked spacious on the photos but was actually tiny, and the pool was the same; we had stayed the day before in the same spot for the same price and had a two‑bedroom house with a private garden and great breakfast, so arriving here was a huge letdown, especially given the high price for such poor amenities right on a busy road.
