We never got inside. Very disappointing experience! When we arrived we couldn’t enter because we didn’t receive an access code. Despite multiple calls to the property, no solution came. We were advised to wait 45 minutes and then possibly book another place. Later it turned out the promised refund was unclear: only a reimbursement up to €22.31 for the replacement accommodation was mentioned. What happened to the amount we originally paid remains unknown. A lot of stress and inconvenience, while we just wanted to enjoy our stay. Think carefully before booking here!
