Hotel Hulsman, located in Valkenburg's city centre, is around the corner from Castle Valkenburg. This family-owned hotel features modern rooms with box spring bedding, HD flat-screen TVs, and coffee/tea facilities. Private bathrooms include rain showers, hair dryers, and make-up mirrors. The hotel is near Thermae 2000 spa, a casino, and bars, and offers easy access to Maastricht and Aken within 25 minutes by car.

The breakfast was fine.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but the beds felt very soft. The shower was fine, though the high step made it a bit awkward, and the toilet was poorly positioned. Breakfast was neatly prepared.

The hotel is close to the city centre, yet the room we booked was only suitable for one night. The blankets felt very warm—probably synthetic—and our view was limited to a fence and a rather untidy scene.

Located in the city centre and the breakfast was good. The guests staying after Saturday until Sunday at 04.00 am were very loud.

The location was really good, the parking was affordable and convenient (after booking), we had a nice spacious room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, especially the coffee, was not to our taste… There were many options for food and bread spreads, but for someone who doesn’t eat meat it was minimal.
