The bed was comfortable and the room had an en‑suite bathroom; the décor, mirror, armchair and streaming access were all appealing. However, the linens were obviously dirty, the pillows had makeup on them and the blanket smelled bad. The bathroom was extremely small and water would almost spill out even with the door closed because there is no stopper. These hygiene issues make it a bit harder to justify the price.

I was not pleased at all; the place is awful and Booking failed to pick a proper property, which has happened before and now makes me hesitant to book through them. The room is tiny, the bathroom is dirty, everything gets wet up to the floor, there is no staff attention, no private bathroom is mentioned anywhere, and the cost was 1000 when it should have been around 500.

The venue was very pretty, comfortable and clean, but we had a bit of trouble with the check‑in because no staff were available to help us.
