The only redeeming feature was the garden. The house itself had many cleanliness issues: a strong gasoline smell, visible spiders, and beds and mattresses in poor condition that made it hard to sleep. The cleaning and maintenance standards need a major upgrade, and the photos shown were misleading compared to the actual condition.
