“Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft daher leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen.”
The accommodation felt quite cramped and was cluttered with many pieces of furniture and items. The only seating was a child’s sofa, which was very uncomfortable and unusually low. In the bathroom, beside the shower, there was a hole in the floor whose purpose was unclear to us. Overall, the room did not fully meet our expectations. The pictures also showed a small seating area in the garden where we would have liked to have dinner, but that was no longer there during our stay.
“Мне очень понравилось чисто и уютно))”
The place was clean and cozy.
“Für Kurzurlaub ok”
The central location was good, but the whole house is unfortunately very sound‑permeable.
The room was nicely decorated, but reaching the bed on the window side was risky, the door was not a security door, and the room had no sound insulation at all.
“Be prepared to clean before and after your stay.”
The location was very convenient with good bus connections nearby, and there was a nice park within walking distance that was great for families with children. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean – spider webs appeared in several spots, the silverware basket was dirty, and the shower curtain was moldy and should be replaced. The apartment felt extremely cramped, with so much furniture that the refrigerator was placed directly in front of the entrance, making it hard to enter and leave. The upstairs neighbors were quite noisy, and they frequently smoked outside, so opening the windows often brought cigarette smoke into the apartment. The apartment contained both a printed rule book and an additional framed list of house rules. At checkout, guests were expected to take out the trash, strip all the bed linen from the beds, and leave the apartment swept clean. Given the condition it was in when I arrived, I found these expectations unreasonable. I did not expect to spend part of my vacation cleaning before I could comfortably use the apartment and then complete extensive cleaning tasks before leaving. Because of the overall cleanliness, comfort, and checkout expectations, I decided to leave one day earlier than planned.
