The place was immaculate and felt like stepping back in time with its traditional, beautiful decor. The room had every amenity I could need. It’s close to the airport and offers amazing value. The host went above and beyond: my flight was delayed, she stayed up late for me, arranged for someone to carry my bags, and even organized a family member to take me to the airport in the morning when taxis weren’t available. I can’t say enough about how lovely and friendly they were—this is exactly what a stay should be. Beautiful setting, the comfiest bed, and helpful people. I will definitely stay here again when I return. No negatives.

I booked last minute after realizing my original stay in Sarzana wouldn't work, and the staff welcomed me to a neat, comfy room just 10 minutes later at 9:30 pm. The place was clean and cozy, though a faint street buzz could be heard; closing the window and cranking the AC didn’t help much.
