They were very accommodating when I had a wedding at 3:00 pm and let me check in early, which made things a lot easier; I was able to return and relax before heading to the reception. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good, but the price fluctuated a lot so I ended up paying twice, which was annoying—double‑check to avoid over‑ or under‑paying. The hot tub was out of order; it had been broken for a while. As a hotel chain you need to fix these things or lower the cost, otherwise other hotels that actually have working amenities will take your guests away. When you do have a great place, just get it fixed.
“If it wasn't a pet friendly place. Wouldn't have stayed”
It was pet friendly. The floor was dirty and had hair on the bedding. The location by the train was very noisy and there were a lot of sketchy people lingering around.
“Sufficient”
The room was comfortable and the location was good. There was no coffee system in the room. Apparently BW doesn’t want the competition???! Considering the relatively high price for the room (similar or more than other BW rooms we stayed in on our trip), I felt this was a big factor.
The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the hostess was awesome!

Breakfast was excellent, and the lady who took my order and fetched it for me was lovely and very helpful, checking in multiple times to see if I needed anything else. The desk staff at check‑in and check‑out were pleasant. The toilet was raised and had a grab bar, which was essential. The “accessible” suite had a tub/shower combo, so there was no walk‑in shower for someone with mobility issues. Because the breakfast room was upstairs, it wasn’t accessible for a person with a walker, which meant I couldn’t eat with friends. The bed was a couple of inches too high, making it hard for a short person to get in. Most TV channels had no subscription, so viewing was limited.
