The breakfast was very rich and plentiful, the staff were pleasant, and the room was great. The wardrobe next to the bed was a bit tight, making it inconvenient for anyone who sleeps by the window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with every request, and the location was convenient and well served by public transport. Breakfast was good and varied, and the covered paid parking in the area was definitely a plus. However, the hotel’s services were clearly lacking: there was no bar, no kettle with accessories in the room, only a coffee machine with two pods, and no hot beverage dispensers in the common areas. Bathroom cleanliness could also be improved, especially the tiles.

The beds were extremely comfortable.

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes to the lake, and the on‑site parking is very valuable—something not always taken for granted in Lugano.
