The location is close to a nearby gym. There were too many mosquitoes; even with a mosquito net, they still got in, so I couldn’t sleep well all night.

The environment is wonderful, the outdoor garden and the overall structure are a true green oasis of peace amid the chaos of Ubud! The cleanliness could be better, but given the cost of the stay it’s acceptable.

I was disappointed the last two days even though the staff were kind; the AC stopped working, I asked the workers to fix it but nobody did. The next day I met the owner, explained the AC issue, he said he would check but never did or apologized, even though he could have sent me a WhatsApp message. The worst was the last day when a rat slipped into my room from the roof and I couldn’t sleep; sorry to post this review but that’s what happened.
