The caravan was spacious, but there was no Wi‑Fi, it smelled damp, and the hot water was only temporary.

The property was nice for what you get, it worked for my family. There was no heating at all; I tried on the first night to make food for me, my husband, and son but it kept going out, so I went to the park people and asked if there was anything that they could see but there was not, so we had to use a lighter to get it working. What is in safe for the oven and the top of the oven and the bathroom door handles where to at the right height to get my sons had bang when he is 2 and should be allowed to have a run around the place. Not worth £338 and we could never lock the gate and my son could open it not worth the money next time I’m booking tho the cavavan place not here.

The single beds were the real size in the two small rooms, but there was no living‑room net curtain.

The location and space in the caravan were fine, but there was no hot water at all during our stay despite many phone calls and promises to fix it. We accepted a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, but it never materialised.

The location is fantastic, but the oven was broken and a bit dirty; the baking dishes left in it weren’t clean and looked unusable. On top of that, the front‑door latch was broken, so I had to use a brick to keep the door open, which was risky if it fell on my foot.
