The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, which was great. However, the "standard" room was a bit of a letdown - it honestly felt like they'd just slapped some beds into a utility room and called it a day. I'm not sure what their criteria are for standard rooms, but as a seasoned traveler, I was expecting a bit more.
