The value for money is good. A larger TV and more lighting would be nice.

The prices are not a good deal; the hotel is really bad. There’s nothing to recommend, the rooms are comparatively small, there’s no luggage storage, the bathroom is outdated, the ceiling fan doesn’t work, and the window to the light shaft is the size of a DIN‑A3 sheet. Unfortunately, no one at reception spoke English. The location on the main square is good.

The location was great, but we didn’t have breakfast there. The room and bathroom felt very cramped, with no natural light or proper windows.

It’s central, clean, accessible, and well‑situated. The staff in the evening didn’t honor a reservation made at that time, and when I returned at night they didn’t charge me as they had requested, so they didn’t set it aside.

I stayed in the arcade area of the main square, so exploring Cholula was a breeze; the great pyramid is just a 15‑minute walk away. The hotel’s surrounded by plenty of spots to eat and grab breakfast. My room had no large windows, but it did have ventilation to a small patio, so I chose a room on the second floor. The Wi‑Fi was very good, the cleaning was excellent, and they refilled the water bottle every day. The price‑to‑quality ratio is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back. Nothing to complain about; everything was fine.
