I left because it was so disgusting; the TV was broken, there was no lock on the door, no elevator, and a guy on the balcony peered in. The walls were dirty and I found bed bugs. Everything was awful.

The spot was perfect—right in Siem Reap’s center, close to restaurants, and the staff were very friendly. However, there were no elevators, making it hard to haul luggage up higher floors.
