Great place to stay. Close to Funchal but far enough out to feel much less busy and noisy. Great facilities and large rooms with comfortable bed, powerful shower and side‑on sea views from balcony from block B. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Would stay again.

The rooms are very large, the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is hearty and varied. For dinner at the restaurant you have to pay at the time of order and you can’t put the bill on the room account. Everything becomes complicated when there are several people and the consumptions vary.

Nice location with sea view, right on the coast. Good breakfast buffet, parking in the hotel parking garage. Good inexpensive buffet in the evening. The room equipment needs renovation.
