“unbeatable location and pool with shortcomings that should not happen in a property of this level”
The front desk lady was helpful, the pool was well‑located and private. The coffee machine was broken, the jacuzzi was broken, and the communication was slow and unclear.
“Beautiful property-one of the best we have ever seen and very disappointing customer service”
Front desk, transportation, and communication were very poor. Emails went unanswered, pick‑up times and locations were missed, and the departure drivers did not show up, making us late for the airport. This was not what we expected or paid for.
“魔法にかけられた素晴らしいひと時でした。”
All facilities were clean, the staff were polite, and it was a truly comfortable time. No complaints.
“Andronis Suite is excellence, poetry, fantasy, attention to detail, courtesy. Letting yourself be lulled from the early”
A tiny treasure chest of a place to stay, offering truly unique emotions. Everything feels poetic, like a dream – from breakfast through lunch and dinner, right down to the rooms and so much more.
“Everything was wonderful.”
Everything about the hotel was excellent—the location, cleanliness, food, and overall service were outstanding. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. We sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and hospitality and would happily return. There was nothing I didn’t like.
