The air conditioning worked well and the private bathroom was nice; the blinds kept the room dark at dawn, which was great because it was hot in August. The bus stop to go straight to Venice was right in front of the hotel. However, there was no supermarket, café, or restaurant nearby—just houses and other hotels. I think the table in the room is too big, or a narrower one would be better.

Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and competent, and the air conditioning was fine. The rooms were small and the shower cabin was cramped.

The location is exceptional, just a few steps from the train station, from which you can travel to Venice and other spots; the facilities are excellent and the breakfast served at the hotel across the street, owned by the same company, is good. We arrived early and they gave us the room because it was already ready. Everything else was fine; the room offers good value for money, is small but comfortable.

The spot was convenient for catching the bus to Venice, but the place was extremely noisy and each of the three nights we stayed we were woken up by the disturbance.
