I booked a room but was assigned a different one. I felt very cheated.

There was no hotel with that name; we paid for accommodation but couldn’t find it. I was thoroughly deceived. The property’s contact number was unavailable. We had to check into another hotel and pay extra, and no one helped or took responsibility for the nonexistent listing.
