I woke up with the curtain still pulled in my bed and the sunrise right in front of me – it was unforgettable, the best stay I've had in Natal. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect!

The only thing that mattered was the location, which was great, and the staff were attentive. The shower was awful – the mixer was terrible, the water was either too hot or too cold and didn’t mix properly. I was in apartment 510, then moved to 702 where the shower was better, but the small shower was broken. The TV in 510 was bad, only two channels were on, the rest were church channels and nothing else – a terrible place.

The location is wonderful and the room view is spectacular. The breakfast was confusing, extremely crowded at certain times, no space to move around, no one called to let you sit, and there were no utensils (plates and cutlery).
