“I want to request a refund for this booking. I had to book another hotel last minute through your site.”

Nothing positive! I got my deposit back right after seeing the room, so I had to scramble and book another place. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen—I didn’t even stay there and had to book elsewhere. You can see that I had two different bookings. The hotel and its location were dangerous. The room had been smoked in and was overall filthy. The bathroom shelf fell off the wall and hit my mother when she was in there looking at our room—see attached photos. I want a refund for my booking since I never stayed there and had to book another hotel. Awful.

“it sucked!”

It was a dump and felt dangerous. I didn’t like everything: the AC barely worked, the shade didn’t even cover the window, and lights were burned out everywhere—obviously nobody cares.

“It worked I wouldn’t do it again”

It was inexpensive. I could have done without the bounty hunters. Because people cook in their rooms it smells pretty bad, the hallway is very dark and dirty, and the sheets were stained.

I was really impressed with the hotel's laundry facilities and the fact that the rooms are inside, so you need a key to get in. The kitchenette was a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly. However, I had a bit of a problem with the booking process. I wanted to pay the weekly rate and add a deposit, but they made me make a whole new reservation instead, even though I'd already paid a deposit and checked in at 5am.

“Glad to get out”

We knew what we were getting into when we booked this place - no breakfast, and a weird check-in process through a window. But what really took the cake was the state of the bedding. The sheets were wrinkled and had bloodstains and a cigarette burn, even though we were in a no-smoking room. I'm just glad I had my own pillow to sleep on.
