The beds were extremely uncomfortable and had large dips in them

“Perfect location and very spatious”
The room was very spacious, had a renovated bathroom and a balcony. The location is ideal, just a stone’s throw from the central station and another S‑bahn station, so you can reach anywhere in the city quickly at any hour. I’d stay here again!

We had a large, roomy room with a sitting area. Everything was very clean, and the bathroom was also large and spotless. We were only in Cologne for one night, but the room would be fine for a few days longer. Breakfast was fine—nothing extraordinary, but there was something for everyone. Absolutely sufficient. The hotel would definitely be an option for us again with this room. Unfortunately the TV reception was very poor (weak internet?) and there were few channels. It kept cutting out and had no signal; it might need to be reset once.

The location was the only good thing. Management is terrible, cleaning is terrible. The room wasn’t vacuumed and there were hairballs everywhere. It took them 2 days to set up my room after I requested it. The manager tried to charge me an extra €150 for a second guest in a double room that I had already paid for (the price in booking was the same for 1 and 2 guests). The rooms also smelled weird, like old furniture. I would not stay there again for that price.
