“Прекрасный отель!”

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, the room is even better than in the photos, with a balcony offering a view of the mountains, and many small details that other hotels lack are taken into account here: a tea set, a fridge, a well‑working air conditioner, pristine white towels, and immaculate bedding. The pool is great, but we were catching the weather and ran to the sea as much as possible, only about five minutes away. Along the way, inexpensive cafés and a couple of shops. They serve fantastic barbecue near the beach exit on the right, authentic Georgian fresh meat. Overall, the place is superb, even scary to write an enthusiastic review—there’s a rush, no free rooms even in the off‑season, and who knows if there’ll be a spot for us next year. And the main thing: if you think the hotel itself made it “super,” it’s actually the hosts—an exceptionally clean, honest family, and the guests are delighted! Madloba!

Perfect location—close to the sea, shops, and cafés. Wonderful hotel! Very clean, with friendly hosts who truly care about your comfort. It’s the best place in Koubleti among all the ones I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel sits in a very quiet area. The sea, the boulevard and the shops are visible. The hotel has a very comfortable patio with enough space for everyone. The staff are friendly and attentive, they really care about guests’ comfort. They also serve tasty and varied breakfasts.

We stayed for 2 weeks and liked everything. The location is in a very calm part of Kobuleti. The host and his family were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was served every day at 10am; it was simple but tasty and we felt part of their family. The beach is a 3‑5 minute walk away. There are many restaurants nearby (20 minute walk) and several close ones (2‑3 minute walk) that are cheaper than other Kobuleti restaurants, especially Nene, which was very cheap and had good food quality. The rooms and the pool were clean. The balcony was very comfortable for sitting, reading or playing. The yard is quite large and everything is designed for comfortable outdoor sitting. There is a shared kitchen for guests who want to cook, and you can also BBQ outside. The sound isolation in the rooms was poor; you could easily hear conversations outside and in other rooms. A drying rack for clothes would also be helpful.
