The hotel is a 12-minute drive from Oslo city centre and 30 minutes from Oslo Airport, with the E6 Highway 100 metres away.

Nothing positive, to be honest. I booked a queen bed but was given a room with two single beds instead, and I was also assigned an accessible room with no explanation. The room wasn’t clean, and the overall experience was very different from what I expected based on my booking; I couldn’t watch TV.

Both the staff and the room were fine, but the dining experience gave a bad start to the day, which was my grandchild’s confirmation day. I had to ask for gluten‑free food even though I had warned them. I was shocked by the condition of the dining room. The Asian tour group “vacuumed” the plates with food and spilled them, making what little I found simply unappetizing. All tables and the floor were soiled. Why not give tour groups their own zones? I understand the situation is challenging for the hotel.

Ingen ting!. Vi måtte vente over to timer for å sjekke inn kl 23.30 - om kvelden. Når vi sa at vi ikke greide å vente mere og måtte dra til et annet hotell tok de imot mine kontaktopplysninger og lovet at jeg skulle få pengene tilbake. Det får jeg ikke likevel. Det er ikke mulig å få kontakt med dem på telefon i etterkant og de er veldig lite behjelpelige. Anbefales ikke!

The service was excellent, and there was nothing negative.
