Excellent location, the gentleman at reception was very helpful and polite. Even though the place was very clean, for 100 euros per night details such as mold in the shower silicone, no dish soap in the kitchen, no bottled water to drink, etc. are minor issues that could make the hotel even better.

The room was nice and spacious, with daily housekeeping and fresh linens and towels as needed; thanks to the cleaning lady for a good job! The garden was beautiful. Ants appeared in the room during the first couple of days despite the large garden, but they were quickly dealt with using insect repellent spray. Another small problem was the tab at the beach bar – we were charged for many items we didn’t consume, which was fixed after we talked to them. The property should implement a better system to track what guests actually use from the bar (instead of just asking for the room number when ordering) to avoid such uncomfortable situations; we didn’t have this issue last year when we stayed at Akrogiali Beach.

The hotel keeps a consistent modern, minimalist vibe and everything stays spotlessly clean. The Deluxe room was fully equipped, brand new, and offered views of both sea and mountains. In lively Malia, the property felt like a quiet sanctuary. The heated Jacuzzi and spacious rooftop terrace far surpassed my expectations. I must highlight the warmth of owner Loula and her teammates at the beach bar, reception, and back office. The beach is right next door, its clear, cool water has earned a “Blue Flag.” I felt truly cared for, wholeheartedly recommend this place, and will definitely return soon. There was nothing that I didn’t like.
