Good location and charming overall setting on the slopes. The rooms varied a lot in quality, which wasn’t clear when booking. Noise from the lower‑level bar seeped into the family room. Also, a loud event was held on the terrace next to our room one evening; the noise level in our room exceeded 70 dB close to midnight. During the event, chairs and tables were set up in front of the only exit near our room. We had requested a quiet, renovated apartment for a family of three, but received a noisy, worn‑out unit instead. Despite verbal and written requests, staff couldn’t provide a quieter apartment. The mid‑week cleaning only occurred after we asked twice, two days before departure. Breakfast was not available for on‑site purchase. The pool was closed for an entire day because of morning rain, even though the evening weather would have allowed swimming.
