I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, which made it easy to get around. However, things took a turn for the worse when we decided to extend our stay beyond the initial checkout time. The staff entered our room, disposing of my West Indies crab salad, toiletries, and bottled water, leaving me to deal with the chaos. To make matters worse, I lost my keys in the commotion and had to hire a locksmith to make a new one, which cost me a whopping $500.
