This place had some potential, but it fell short in a few key areas. The bathrooms were in rough shape, and they really needed to furnish some bigger towels. It's not like it's a lot to ask, but it seemed like they were skimping on the basics. Maybe they could have done better with a bit more attention to detail.

We were relieved to check out early, but our stay was marred by a chaotic start. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and it took a while for a maid to appear and call for help. Unfortunately, she didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. The room itself was in a sorry state, with a layer of dust and dirt everywhere. Just as we were settling in, the police showed up next door and took someone away in handcuffs.

The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a major plus for us, but the outdated decor and furnishings really needed an upgrade. It was clear that the hotel was trying to cater to pet owners, but the rest of the facilities felt like they were stuck in the past.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the one pillow I used was decent, but the lack of basic amenities like a hair dryer and coffee maker was really frustrating. To make matters worse, the shower handle fell off, which was a bit of a safety concern.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it didn't have a pool to speak of. I was really looking forward to a relaxing dip, but it wasn't meant to be.
