The spot is convenient, but the room was dirty, dusty, and an air unit fell out of the wall; they swapped rooms, yet it was still dirty.

The older guy who works at the front desk was very sweet, understandable, and appropriate. The young man who worked there was very inappropriate, wanted to have sex for a deposit because I didn’t pay, charged me twice for the deposit, was unprofessional after that, and taunted me until I checked out. There were roaches and bedbugs, and the air conditioning didn’t work in many rooms, nor did the refrigerators. While I was there, a man was shot to death; they had a lot going on. They would not refund because I ordered it through that app.

The hotel has a laundry room with at least one washer and dryer that actually work, which is a relief compared to my previous stay. The only downside is that the soda machine on the 3rd floor is the only one functioning, so it runs out quickly when everyone uses it, and the vending machine in the laundry room is broken.
