The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very rich, with many options and private service at the table, so all the food was cooked for you. For the first time in my life, the hotel was locked for the night, and we couldn’t get inside when we returned from a restaurant. The main entrance was locked, and our keys didn’t work because the keys we were given at check‑in had been mixed up. We waited outside for an hour at 11:00 PM, trying to reach someone who could come and open the hotel door for us. It was very cold outside, and we were literally shaking while waiting for an hour. Luckily, one of the young employees came to help us and stayed with us until someone finally arrived with a new key to open the hotel door. This was a very bad and stressful experience. I would strongly recommend checking your keys before leaving the hotel for dinner, because you could literally end up spending the night on the street. We received no compensation for what happened, only a “sorry” from the receptionist the next morning. I am very disappointed that no one took responsibility for us as guests or for what we had to go through. We were left outside in the cold late at night because of a mistake made by the hotel. This is absolutely not the level of service I would expect from a hotel, or just simply don't lock your doors at night.
