The staff were friendly, the location was good, everything was clean, everyone was very kind, breakfast was plentiful with plenty of fruit and vegetables for every taste. The beach across from the hotel was beautiful. The hotel is ideal. The outdoor pools were too cold. Everything else was great.

The facilities were nice, the location good, and the place clean. The mattress was a poor sponge that sagged on the sides, making you feel like you were sinking after a while. The restaurant offered alcohol for breakfast (sparkling wine and rosé), but you had to pay for water and tea/coffee at dinner even though we had half board. The coffee machines were switched off and the water fountains were empty. We stayed 3 nights and water was only supplied in the room on the first day. When I asked for more, the housekeeper said water is offered once for the entire stay (I would have expected at least a complimentary water for the whole stay). There are no coffee/tea facilities in the room. The sauna never worked even though it was supposed to be on between 10:00‑19:00, and the steam room had a spill of boiling water on the floor due to poor construction, so you could burn your feet if you weren’t careful.

Everyone on the staff was very courteous and helpful. The spa pool probably should be warmer and the sports pool for swimming too. The 12‑year‑old and 14‑year‑old rooms that are quiet are not allowed to use the spa at all times, which we find very disappointing.
