We had a super comfy and enjoyable stay at Residenza24. The room was spotless when we arrived and got cleaned daily. Both the room and bed were roomy and comfortable, and the air‑conditioning ran smoothly. A nice touch was the communal water, tea, and coffee. The capsule coffee machine in the room especially pleased us; it was a lot more enjoyable than a kettle. The tram stop was right across the building, making our trips to and from the train station a breeze. We could walk to the city center in about 15 minutes. The location was practical for transport and quieter and more refined than the bustling center. The staff were very attentive and warm. They shared useful suggestions about places to visit, things to watch out for, and dining options. We had a fantastic dinner at a recommended restaurant. Their friendly welcome and care made us feel at home, so we wholeheartedly recommend it.
