We cycled to the hotel and the staff were waiting for us. We had asked for a secure bike storage area and the hotel had been proactive in communication, especially about reception opening hours. When we arrived, Catherine greeted us warmly and helped with our bikes, giving us a ramp to the storage area. Our room was quite cool, featuring a Harry Potter theme that was fun and unique. I had no negative points about this hotel.

The hotel is strikingly beautiful, located in the city center yet exuding the charm of a country house with a patio and garden. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and caring. We were able to park our bicycles safely in the courtyard, which was perfect! We’ll definitely return.
