The impression was mixed. The house was good and large, with nice furniture, a kitchen with dishes, a place to sit, comfortable big beds, and even a spot to work. But it wasn’t very cozy and I didn’t feel like staying long. The plumbing didn’t work very well. All windows, as usual, had bars and were quite dirty, so you couldn’t see anything. There were extra doors on locks and latches, including balcony doors. To exit onto the balcony from the common room, I had to ask the host; he was surprised, said the balcony wasn’t cleaned, but still opened the door. There were also many cameras and an electric fence under tension around the perimeter… that’s what I see at first glance. With a small child, I was scared, unsure if it worked or not, but still… unclear whether this is the area or why there’s such security. The driveway to the house slopes up, isn’t immediately visible, and there’s no sign. The neighborhood itself is quiet and green, but completely lacking infrastructure. Walking to the main street with shops takes 15–25 minutes; it’s noisy and dirty, and even there it’s very hard to find something to eat.
