The staff were very friendly and tried to help. The tv did not work and could not be fixed. I had 2 wall lights and a lamp in my room and only 1 light bulb. I had luke warm water in my room. The carpets in the corridors were not attached

The location was good and the staff were friendly, yet a bad draught came in from the window.

The room was clean and the location was central, but the exterior areas were worn, dirty, and in need of repair; there was no hot water, only one bath towel, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the noise level was high until 2 am. On Friday night I tried messaging and calling, but received only an automated reply and none of the problems were resolved.
