The staff were kind, the atmosphere felt like family, the place was clean, and the location was good. The breakfast buffet was sparsely equipped with dishes; each guest was given only one tiny plate, which was far too small.

The location is perfect, just 300 m from the train station and 600 m from the Holstentor. The windows are sound‑proof, so nothing from the street can be heard when they’re closed. Breakfast is good and plentiful, with something for everyone, and the curtains effectively block out light. We had nothing to complain about.

The hotel is near Holstentor, making it a good stopover. The rooms are nice and reachable by elevator, and the breakfast is very good. The place is a bit noisy.

The location is great, close to the train station and a short walk from the city centre, making city exploration convenient. The staff were kind, helpful and courteous. The room was well-equipped, with power outlets near the bed, good lighting, and hooks and a hanger in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, offering both savoury and sweet options. It would have been nicer if Netflix were included; the TV advertises it, but there is actually no connection.
