“Accueil en OR”
The young woman at the front desk was exceptional, smiling and full of good advice—bravo. The gentleman who handled my departure was very professional: polite, courteous, and attentive—great job. The food was also top quality. The only downside was that the visual signage for the cultural center’s entrance could be confused with the hotel’s entrance.
Nice rooms and restaurant, safe and around parking. The room was downgraded because the AC didn’t work.
The room’s size and cleanliness were good, and the breakfast was nice. Everything was fine.
Cleanliness, parking, room, bed, and breakfast were all super good. The entrance doors of the hotel were not easy to find.

Great location, cleanliness, friendly staff, diverse breakfast, and secured parking. The only flaw of our room was the inability to open the windows. I believe the hotel offers more room types, so next time I’ll just ask for a different room. This isn’t a negative comment but a simple note for anyone who prefers windows. 😊
