The hotel felt safe and spotlessly clean, which was a relief after a long trip. The only downside was the worn-out seats in the lounge – they could use a quick refresh. Overall, a solid stay with a few minor updates needed.

We paid ahead for a room, but the hotel said they couldn’t accommodate us because of some internal issues and still haven’t refunded us. We ended up wasting time and got no reply from either customer service or the owner. Nothing else to add.

We couldn't spend the night on the boat because the host only texted us at 9:47 pm saying everything was fine. We sent about six messages asking for details, but got no reply. We asked for a refund from customer service and still haven’t heard back.

The skyline view at night was amazing, but I booked the cheap deal expecting a bigger boat. For the price, that’s all you can expect—my bad.
