I paid the full amount online, but when I arrived the reception was swarming with mosquitoes, and after a 20‑minute wait someone finally showed up and told me there were no rooms available.

Nothing to say about the place; the service was the only issue.

The breakfast was terrible, and everything else was awful—unclean, infested with insects, and had a bad smell.

Absolutely NOTHING. 1. We reached the hotel at 10.45pm (late check-in was informed during booking, and acknowledged), and the Front Desk said they have NO ROOMs! 2. After we escalated, the manager came and said he will 'arrange two rooms' 3. They started cleaning Two Rooms thereafter. We were made to wait for one hour, to get our rooms. Even then, only one room was given and the cleaning staff and manager locked the second room being cleaned, and went away. We have to escalate again, for them to come back and give us the keys! 4. The rooms were DIRTY. Linen was stained everywhere. 5. Room did not have TV 6. Rooms did not have WiFi 7. Both rooms were full of mosquitoes (15+ in each room) and the manager vanished after agreeing to provide mosquito repellant 8. Rooms had cockroaches in the room and bathroom. 9. The front desk did no paperwork, didn't 'check us in', didn't even ask our name or check Id. Absolutely no paperwork or proof of our stay. 10. Even after letting it run for 15+ minutes, there was no hot water in the taps. Could not shower. 11. No phone in the rooms to reach front desk. We simply gave up and stayed awake all night as it was too late to go elsewhere, and got out early morning. We did not get even a minute's sleep, and we got out at 7am without even going to the breakfast area as it was too dirty
