“Better local places to stay”

The town was lovely and the hotel was near a local store, but the roof was in bad shape and sent debris everywhere, even onto my car. I had a door‑lock problem and had to fix it myself because no staff helped; the reply I got was just that humidity affects locks, with no apology or thanks. We also had to ask for new towels because no service was provided the whole stay, and we had to take out our own trash to avoid overflowing the tiny bathroom bin. Hair was found on the bathroom wall. I liked the town and expected an older‑style room, but I didn’t anticipate zero service.

It was clean and in a good location. The room was very small and had 2 twin beds But was very reasonably priced

“Highly recommend avoiding this place. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here”

I had a thoroughly disappointing stay at this hotel, which I would not recommend to anyone. The room I was given was not what I had booked, and the amenities were in poor condition - the fan was caked with dirt and the water faucet dripped constantly. The staff and owner seem to prioritize profit over providing a pleasant experience for guests, which is unfortunate. Overall, it was the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of staying.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with what I thought was a lodge, only to find it was a run-down motel that seemed to be operating under false pretenses. The company's attempt to present a dishonest facade to the public was particularly off-putting. Overall, I think this place needs a complete overhaul or closure. The lack of transparency and poor condition of the motel were major letdowns.
