“Primera y última.”

The price was low and the maintenance ladies were very pretty, but the staff were not very helpful or friendly. The carpet was dirty, the noise level was high with everyone talking around, the bed lining was torn and peeling, and the pool area and the hotel walls inside needed better maintenance.

The staff were very friendly and understanding, but the rooms weren't as clean as they could have been and I found bugs in my first room; the staff moved me to a second room that was still close by.

“Disgusting”

The staff were fine, yet the moment I walked in the place smelled horribly moldy, the luggage carts were stuck together with duct tape, huge bugs roamed the hall and rooms, and there were stains on the bedding; I had to kill a bug right away and saw another one, so I was too scared to even set my luggage down.

“First and last time booking here.”

The room and bathroom were clean and the front‑desk ladies were nice and friendly, and they helped me with a situation that happened to me at the hotel, but the maintenance man barged into my room without knocking and said “I’m here to fix the TV”; I was in the middle of changing clothes when he appeared, I told him to hold it, yet he stood at the door without apologizing, and I had to check in again 30 minutes after I had already checked out because of him—he should be fired.

“Would not recommend. Should not be a Comfort Inn!”

Breakfast was okay and the location was good, but the sheets in the bed were dirty; I went to the front desk, got clean sheets, and changed them ourselves—see the pictures of the dirty sheets and other maintenance issues that need fixing; this isn’t the Comfort Inn quality! 😞
