Super Hotel O Kunnamangalam Near Bus Stand

“The worst stay experience. Must refund the money collected. The lodge normal charges are around 500.”

The hotel does not match the photos on the site. It has no lift. The room we were given had liquor bottles just outside, and despite being told to clear them they refused. The worst part was that they charged for a complimentary breakfast that was never provided because the hotel has no kitchen. How did the site collect breakfast money? The hotel refused to issue any refund. The normal charge for the lodge is 500, which is priced INR 500+.

Got an A/c room with a private bathroom, but no breakfast even though it was advertised, the bathroom was dirty with spiders and insects, it felt more like a hostel and we had to fetch water ourselves from outside, and it was overpriced for what we received.
