The hotel’s location is excellent, with cafés, coffee shops, and a park nearby, and there’s parking on the hotel grounds. The staff were very responsive. When I needed to shorten my stay because I had to leave the city, the hotel accommodated me by approving a date change, recalculating the cost, and issuing a refund.

The location is good, parking is on a closed area, and every room has a kitchen, which is convenient. Everything was liked.

I’m not staying here for the first time; it’s easy to reach the refinery. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff aren’t pushy.
