“Hotel Northbridge Nightmare”

They waived the bond at check‑out and the bed was comfy, yet the spa was filthy, housekeeping was absent, and nothing useful was available to clean. Our room had no phone, and the upgraded phone was broken; the spa lacked a plug and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We couldn’t close the window. The kitchen closed early, and we waited almost 10 minutes at the bar while everyone else got served. After finally receiving our four free drinks, we returned to the room only to be disturbed again, with no pub patrons but the smoke machine triggering the alarms. A fire truck arrived, but nobody informed us or checked on us. I went down the stairs to confirm we didn’t need to evacuate or if everything was fine. It felt like we annoyed the staff when we asked for help. The check‑in lady was great, let us in early, and gave us the only useful info. Parking on site was only mentioned upon arrival, and it cost an extra $20 per day.

“What a anniversary to remember”

The spa didn't work, the TV didn't work, stains on the sheets and on the table tops, we weren't informed about the weather, there was Wi‑Fi but couldn't access the balcony, overall a waste of money.

“Didn’t stay , booked elsewhere.”

The staff were lovely and welcoming, yet the hotel felt tired and smelled damp after passing reception; the room was tidy and appeared clean but very dated and had a damp odor, so I chose to move to another hotel.
